Alexey V.Tikhomirov (R) ("AUTHOR") is ready to provide you the opportunity to use the software product «Grumi Monitor» ("APPLICATION") only on the condition of your complete acceptance of all the provisions of this License Agreement ("AGREEMENT"). If you accept the agreement conditions violation, you are breaking the law and may be liable for damages, and can be prosecuted.
Adoption of the terms of this AGREEMENT cannot be retroactive.
Carefully read the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT before using APPLICATION. Using APPLICATION is your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT.
Property rights for APPLICATION and all copyrights components included in it, those of AUTHOR except where otherwise specifically provided or third-party components.
YOU CAN:
● copy without restrictions APPLICATION and its components;
● install APPLICATION and all of its components to any device you are using;
● create any number of backup copies of APPLICATION and all its components;
● obtain and install the available APPLICATION's updates, as well as create a backup copy;
● participate in APPLICATION development by providing AUTHOR any ideas with a view to their possible inclusion in future versions;
YOU CANNOT:
● use APPLICATION in criminal, or harming somebody purposes;
● modify APPLICATION software code in criminal, or harming somebody purposes;
● distribute on commercial basis, hand over in rent or sell as a whole or on part of APPLICATION, its components, or any other rights granted to you under this AGREEMENT without the prior consent of AUTHOR;
● to remove, change in any way or hide any existing in APPLICATION and its components the property rights notices, labels and markings, including third-party components used by APPLICATION;
● with any purpose, modify, translate, adapt or reorganize APPLICATION or its components;
APPLICATION and its components are supplied "AS IS". AUTHOR does not guarantee that the software APPLICATION's code does not contain any errors, and does not bear any responsibility for any direct or indirect consequences of using APPLICATION and its components, including those arising from the possible errors in their code.
At any cases AUTHOR will not be responsible for any loss or damage, including loss of data, loss of profit, reimbursement or other incidental or consequential damages in case of using of APPLICATION and its components, or by impossibility of their use.
